1. Return Period

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@ninjaskull.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will arrange a return pickup; the customer only needs to hand over the item to the delivery partner.

4. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You must initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us at support@ninjaskull.com within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item. Provide pictures for review, and we will offer a resolution.
